Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Thriviom Inc (“Thriviom,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use thriviom.com or place an order, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address.
  • Order details — what you purchased, quantities, and any discount codes applied.
  • Payment information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Thriviom never receives or stores your full card number — see Payment processing below.

To keep your shopping cart working as you move between pages, we store a small session token in your browser’s local storage. It identifies your cart to our store system; it does not identify you personally on its own.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure fields and never pass through Thriviom’s servers. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To process and ship your order, and to send order and shipping confirmations.
  • To respond when you contact us for support.
  • To meet our own legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Analytics and advertising

We use a small number of third-party tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:

  • Google Tag Manager — loads the tools listed here. It collects nothing on its own.
  • Google Analytics 4 — which pages you view, how you arrived, and which products are viewed and purchased. We use it in aggregate to improve the store.
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replays and heatmaps, so we can see where the site is confusing. Text you type into form fields is masked and is not recorded.
  • Meta Pixel — tells Facebook and Instagram which pages you viewed and whether you bought, so we can measure our ads there and show them to people likely to be interested. It sends Meta the pages you visit on this site, the products you view and the value of an order. It does not send your name, email address or payment details.

These tools set cookies and may record your IP address, device and browser. None of them receive your name, address or payment details. We do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can limit how Meta uses this activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Most browsers let you block or delete these cookies, and a tracker-blocking extension stops all of these tools outright. If we add another advertising pixel later, we will name it here before it goes live.

Who we share information with

Only the vendors that need it to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting and store-platform providers (order storage and fulfillment), and shipping carriers (to deliver your order). We do not share your information for any other party’s marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations, and to handle any returns or support questions related to that order.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@thriviom.com. We will honor requests to the extent we are able to while still meeting our own legal and accounting obligations (for example, we may need to keep records of a completed sale).

Children’s privacy

Thriviom’s products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
