Every Thriviom order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thriviom.com and we’ll make it right.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery typically takes a few business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

Returns

To start a return under our 30-day guarantee:

• Email support@thriviom.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
• We’ll confirm the details with you and let you know where to send the item, if needed.
• Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

If an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, let us know right away — we’ll cover the cost of making it right.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
